The dedicated staff of the CWE provides educational, training and employment opportunities to New York’s working families. Many of our staff joined the CWE after careers in labor, academia, health care and other nonprofit sectors, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise, from administrative to technical, individual counseling to economic development.

As part of our continuing commitment to our employees and their families, CWE provides a full health and welfare benefits package negotiated with Teamsters Local 210, for administrative and field staff, and the United Federation of Teachers for our instructors.
